[FNF] Falter Alters Prime Charted (semi-finished)

I completed this chart like 2 months ago but I lost motivation to add events and stuff. I decided to upload it unfinished, although in the end I ended up adding some events so it doesn't look that unfinished but it's still not the full thing I envisioned at first
also idk why the background disappears nearing the end I meant to make the static stop but that happened and frankly i didn't wanna bother figuring out how to fix it :b

because i also used him on my Falter Alters chart (not the Prime one aka this) because i didnt know if there were good 2D sprites of him to use and also their voices sounded kinda similar to me(? so to be consistent i also used him here!
