- Located just 2 kilometers from the Yantai Municipal Government, Phoenix Mountain Market is a bustling urban market. On the 2nd and 7th of every lunar month, it attracts many customers who come to shop and taste delicious food. The bustling crowds fill the market with laughter and joy.
At Phoenix Mountain Market, you can taste a variety of freshly prepared delicacies. Fried salted fish with corn flakes and corn cakes with shrimp paste and radish vermicelli filling are popular local snacks in Yantai. Fried dough twist is another specialty in the Yantai area. The dough is fried until crispy and fluffy, giving off a tantalizing smell of oil. Paired with a bowl of hot and smooth tofu pudding, this breakfast is simply irresistible. Jiangmi Guozi is also a highlight of the market's food offerings. More than 80 centimeters long, the Jiangmi Guozi is fried in peanut oil and is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
In addition to the tempting snacks, the market also offers a wide variety of ingredients. Freshly made soybean curd, which can be made into small tofu or fried into fragrant balls, is a must-try. The vegetable stalls are full of fresh vegetables such as Chinese toon sprouts, beauty vegetables and fennel. There are also tomatoes from Haiyang, which are sweet and have a strong tomato flavor, reminiscent of childhood memories. Dried seafood from Changdao, including oysters, golden hook sea rice, shrimp shells, and dried shrimp, is abundant. @@hsuteddy4736 如果长住的话，个人还是觉得青岛好一点儿，主要是环境和饮食方面要好不少，济南总是给人一种灰突突的感觉，海鲜也差点儿意思。但如果需要考虑医疗、教育等方面的话，济南的优势更明显。
