you can decrease percentage and check your desired size ...whenever you get desired size, stop decreasing process...and you are done...thanks

sir,you didn't tell us about the resolution.this is the main problem.because we can easily change the size with the help of ms paint.but resolution gets mismatched.eg.photo size(10-100kb) resolution (200*40 or 200*60)

you have to scan photo and signature with 300 DPI . it will fix all problem
