Katia + hatchet. The airport is one of the most variable scenarios in that while each of the two soldiers has a reasonably predictable movement pattern, their timing is independent, so need to be ready and able to improvise if things go South (as they can).
Can usually get done with both with enough time to loot the place where they are (need a lockpick).
Morale: Can be negative for more sensitive characters like Marko.

I love this game, the days were short tho wish the devs made it longer like 90+ days and had more locations. Your vids are awesome man they're really helpful Thanks 🍺

Appreciated. You can go to the workshop centre and set your own assumptions, one of which is how long you want the war to last, but max is 80 days there. For sure more locations over time would have been nice, but looks like the devs are fully committed to more recent projects like Frostpunk.

Bro that might work in your situation but for some reason I guess the characters in my game are just built different they shoot like the moment you're in range there is no delay

I'll go back and check to see if its changed - are you on pc ? The delay before they shoot isn't a long one, and might differ on console depending on click-speed.
