hey man! love the content, nice to see more people playing SPT. Just wanted to warn you a little bit on a couple things though: I like to call the Realism mod "Fontaine's Fantasy Funland" because some of the changes are very weird. almost make no sense and seem to be just changed out of opinion or just as a meme? take a look at attachments like the RK-1 canted. it has - ACCURACY?? but when you attach it, it doesnt visually display the accuracy drop. check out this too, the MPR45. we all LOVE to run this as a backup for scoped weapons so we can also have a red dot, right? enjoy that -15% accuracy bud. put it on an ak with the X47 tactical handguard rail system (-18%acc) , add the canted foregrip(-20% acc), and you're chillin at a cool -53% accuracy. use the wrong type of ammo you wont hit the broadside of a barn. lazy mod dev, and he's also a shitty person. I have evidence of that or you can just see how he talks in the tarkov official discord. I don't recommend advertising this mod much more than this. I promise in a couple months you'll be sick of this mod too.
What makes Fontaine so terrible? What kinda shit he said? It won't make me uninstall the mod (I enjoy how I've tailored my experience with it) but I am curious.
@@quimble2177 generally a rude and abrasive person and the community hes built is an echo chamber of him. The entire SPT discord community is kinda that way. Very cliquey.
@@NonameNomad101 Oh. That's...really not as bad as I thought lol. Bit silly, imo, to not use a mod cuz of it and even if its various bits and pieces within the mod...its not like you can't toggle the bits you don't like
donuts has a minimum spawn distance, last time I checked. I'm still on 3.8 but I'm sure its there somewhere in 3.9. Will keep scavs from spawning up your butt.
If the ai seem like they're cheating put the difficulty on default. I would also recommend getting the that's lit logical ai mod. It makes it harder for the ai to see you through foliage and dark areas.
What did you do to have such good fps? I am playing on 7800x3d + rtx 4070ti and on normal pve tarkov I have 144fps, but on SPT I have like 60-70 which is not enough for smooth gameplay compared to live :(
@@krzysztof6157 take a look at the declutter mod, that might help. There’s also settings in Tarkov you can mess with that will help your game run better, there’s plenty of videos showing you how to optimize your game. Also the more ai there are in addition to mods that change the ai such as sain will lower your fps.
Try checking the config files of mods that change spawns and things of that nature. I had all spawn chances at 100% but the config file for swag+donuts had boss spawns disabled.
Well, snipers and bosses spawn for me, my problem is ai spawning right next to me, so it's kind of working lol. Also as @Yogimale said, try looking in the donuts config file and in the realism settings if you're using that mod as well.
I'm alright. I don't have the time to no life the game so I never got really good. I only have 300 hours in the game, and that's over the course of a few wipes.

No. Spt is PvE only.
PvP SPT would be a legal nightmare, since you don't need a tarkov account to play it.

You can Just config to random spawn pmcs and Join with your buddies with project fika on spt that way everyone can kill each other 😂
