Home health is such an admirable occupation. It’s such a blessing that people can be at home during their recovery as I wholeheartedly believe home and time is where healing happens. Great video!
I just started with home health too! And it’s refreshing! I’ve been a case manager for about 3months. Like you said loving it & learning so much! I’ve heard it take about a 6months to really get it. My goal is to get certified. Good video ❤
Loved the video. Keep up the great work. I love how you said that you like to give your patients your undivided attention. Which means not answering phone calls while you are tending to them. That is so thoughtful of you.💞
This was a great video Cheyenne, I’m excited to see more content like this. You did great sharing without compromising their privacy. Happy to hear that you are enjoying your job. God bless you for all you do❤🙏🏼
Hey! I actually quit this job. It makes me sad to think about, but the company and I weren’t a good fit. Many promises broken too quickly for me. I went back to my old job and am looking for a new part time job now.
@@Surviving_But_Thriving oh no, I told you I’m on here trying to catch up on videos. I’m sure you will do great no matter where you are working. The perfect job is out there. ❤️🙏🏼
Ah! Imposter Syndrome. Girl you got this. You're crushing it. You deserve to be there. Stop doubting your skills ( super powers). Thank you for what you do. It is a busy job. I enjoyed this video. God bless you.❤
The other challenge I am having is living rural. But, we aren’t moving! The drive time kills a lot of time & not getting paid by the hour but mileage. It’s pay per visit.
@@isiscastillo2036 hey! My company isn’t in your state but I know of @nurse_krizia on TH-cam. Pretty sure she’s from Southern California. Check out her channel!

@@KnightLyfe I def need to remember that. It’s so easy to get in my head about things but I know I’m a great fit ! Thanks for watching . ❤️
Hi I am a new LPN and am interested in this line of work what is the name of your company
Commenting as I watch - so you get paid per client it sounds like? And I'm assuming mileage reimbursement.
Oh you answered it! And holy hell the bladder urethra thing 🫣😳
Yeah. Each visit has a different pay amount. So an admission or resumption of car pays the most. Routine visits and discharges pay the least.
@@YazWhyNYand yeah you see it more often than you would think in older ladies . 😢
How much hands on care vs. case management work?
honestly .. I spent most of my time doing hands on care. about every other day, I would have to do some case management work but mostly was hands on!

I can tell you're happier, glad this job has been a good fit!
