    This should be done on a more sturdy tripod; the flex in this kit will bring lots of problems when trying to create a perfect stitch.
    Adjusting the pano head to the front of the lens isn't a reliable way of setting the rotation to the 'no parallax point' - that's typically a little behind that point in every lens I've set up, although it can in theory be a lot further back or even in front!
    Shooting in RAW is preferable to JPEG for best quality and maximum latitude for image optimising, but that's more of a perfectionist's thing.
    The ideal aperture is usually around f/8; beyond f/11 the problem of diffraction becomes more and more apparent and affects the sharpness of the image.

    This is amazing man! I tried the free version last night to make a panosphere of the back yard where I have thousands of RC flights. My goal is to get it eventually into Phoenix RC Sim. Still have a ways to go on that.

    Hey! I did this with my Canon Eos RP and a 24mm Lens, but you can see far less from the floor and the ceiling, it just looks like a panorama taken with an iphone. I took 18 photos, would taking more photos solve this problem? Or do i need a wider lens like a 18mm oder even wider? Thanks!

    Thank you so much for these information! Recently, Google will shut down the "Google Street View App". It'll becomes difficult to shoot HDR Panorama at any time. Fortunately, I've watched your video, and now I know what to do!

    I used to take 360 pictures years ago with Google Camera… then it disappeared, and I never saw it again, no idea why. It worked so well

    Nice tutorial! But how is 360 photography work flow going nowadays? I wonder that it might had changed, since there is apps that does this inside cellphones and stuff. Maybe there is an A.I. too that make it easier. What do you recommend nowadays for this kind of artwork?

    Would this work with screenshots from a game? I wanted to make a panorama of the game world.

    • @Male_Parent

      It does, it takes a long time but the results are pretty cool. I did one in Warframe with around 100 screenshots. The more overlap the better.
      I probably should've tested it on Minecraft before meticulously taking around 100 screenshots in Warframe.
      Just make sure you nail all exposure and FOV related settings before screenshotting them all.

    I have a Sigma 10-20mm on Cropsensor D7200 Nikon. And the resolution is terrible after the panorama has been done on Lightroom.
    For a reason.10-20mm Sigma pixellates very quickly,
    Resolution on 10-20mm is very bad. Has anyone had similar experience?

    • @HB-Travel
      @HB-Travel 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I had similar problems with a 7artisan 4mm fisheye attached to a Sony ZV-E10. Quite an abysmal experience. Instead I use a Meike 8mm on my Canon which needs more images (15 to get a 360-180 degree panorama) but gives good quality. Incidentally I agree with all the other comments above. You need a proper tripod, you need to find the proper no parallax point, and you should shoot in RAW. This video does no favours to those starting out!

    You say that you will explain how to take 360 photos on ANY camera, but that is not accurate, since a Canon camera with a wide lens and an iPhone Phone is not just "ANY camera". If I have a Samsung J7 phone (Android, 13 Megapixels) and a Sony Cyber-shot camera (DSC WX100 18 Megapixels) can I do it?

    • @BenjaminHari
      @BenjaminHari 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Download Street View on your Android phone and when you're in an app click on the camera button at the bottom right then click on Take Photo Sphere. Googles AI is pretty good but it's not perfect and you can't fix little mistakes like you can in software.
      And yeah you can take it with the Sony camera if you have a steady hand and can rotate yourself in one spot but that can get you imperfect shots and the software in post processing might have more difficulties stitching pictures together so it's easier with a tripod and panoramic head to take pictures then easily import them to 360 stitching software.

      You really can do this with ANY camera. What will be different is how many photos you take. While with wide angle, FF camera you can get away with maybe 12-16 photos, with cell phone you will need to take around 40.
