Honestly true. He facilitates his team with his utils (smokes, pull, etc). His smokes are the ones that make sure players like tenz, shahz, or sick as duelists can entry first without being shot from a million angles. His pull and concuss on certain spots where enemies usually stands are the ones that make it way easier to clear that site. Him on spectre also HITS DIFFERENT. Honestly everyteam needs a strong and solid team player like him.

I mean what he said is true, a great smoker player is sooo hard to find yet so crucial for the team. Even in rank, it's so rare to see people who actually want to play smoke while also being really great at it. Most ranked demons even in radiants are jett mains or reyna mains. A solid and strong team player is a rare gem for sure.
I wouldn't say most crucial. For me the most crucial is Shahzam. The dude must spend hours analysing opponents and coming up with strats and counter strats especially considering that unlike other teams Sentinels don't have a dedicated coach and stuff.
@@zest7812 zombs is the reason Shahz can confidently IGL, as an IGL myself I can say VERY confidently a good player on smokes playing selflessly and just a pure team player makes or breaks the game, I can make a bad read and counter call and our smokes will still pull through. Without zombs shahz couldn’t do what he does.

I relate with zombs. I don't like playing in the lime light and I am totally fine with letting others shine and provide the footing they need to do it but at the same time, I make sure I'm not just supporting but also have the capacity to take on the lime light if need be.

The other day i was thinking who the most impactful player is for SEN. In my opinion its Shazam just because his leadership ability and being an ingame coach sets him a part. But outside of that i could not decide between the rest of the team. they are so good at their own roles it's absolutly amazing. Zombs specifically the amount of clutch plays he pulls off wont show in the KDA. There are so many situations where he either holds the sights by himself to delay the attack or clutch 1v1s and 1v2s its crazy. The guy is a monster.
Because everyone expects that if you're not top fragging, you're not doing enough. People don't recognize that his job is to make his teammates have a way higher chance of succeeding while he lowers his just a little. He reminds me of Reps from TSM in Apex.

From at least the point where he joined faze he was an off tank (at the time fazes dps were twoeasy, sdb, carpe and lui) most of zombz success in OW came from playing off tank so the transition to playing supportive hard anchor smokes really aint as extreme as this makes it sound.
