Decay can be countered with debuff remover (counters a lot of stuff), healbane I believe there's an item that protects against enemy healing reduction but I can't say for sure ​@@shrugs3233

@@shrugs3233 his kit and items counter antiheal. when you use ricochet, it also mitigates antiheal because you gain so many sources of lifesteal. it's OP or unintended imo
