When I was very little, this is actually how I learned how to read, I would often be able to memorize sounds that letters in combination make by looking at their shapes, all in all it worked out well for me, but there are downsides like the fact that you have to reread over and over in order to fully retain information, and reading aloud is harder.

It's interesting to see how some people have grown up reading without vocalising, while others have started doing it later on in life or still haven't learnt it. The ability is largely dependant on how much reading we do as children. If you read enough whilst your brain is developing, the act becomes basically instinctual and you learn to almost seperate the concept of reading from the concept of speech, in a way. It becomes a new sub-level of writing.

Firstly you need to go get some wood first and then made some crafting table now you have it cut some more wood made some pickaxe get some stone and made this 2 tool stone pickaxe and stone sword okay now you go view if there any mob that you can cook made sure take like 1 stack of food
Now you are ready to go to cave ,find some near cave and find some coal made some furnace maybe you can cook any food you have or made torches its your choice and then find some iron to upgrade your item and made some armor you have go very deep cave you might lost but you know that only way to get out from cave is dig straight up anyway when you get enough iron made sure made this same tool
Iron pickaxe and iron sword and also made some full iron armor to bewares any monster try to kill you
Now you have full iron armor and 2 tool go mining find some diamond and gold when you get enough diamond made some full diamond armor and 2 tool sword and pickaxe okay this next step maybe hard find some lava and water
If you have any iron left made some bucket go create infinity water and made nether portal
Don't go in ! Get some block 5 stack of it now you can go in when you go in find some piglin
You have gold to trade with them
Now throw all you gold to piglin there chance you to get some enderpearl when you have enough enderpearl find some fortress [tips :you have eye to look] you might never find fortress ready for nether adventure use all your 5 stack block to made some bride to pass the lava lake when you already find some fortress get some blaze rod get 10 of its now find your portal and go back to overworld made some ender eye throw few of them it will show location of stronghold when you reach stronghold find some sheep to get wool made some bed now go to strong hold find some portal place the bed and spaw point you have enough ender eye to go in end when you go to the end you know what to do kill the ender dragons when you already kill it i will load some portal structure find it and go in it will lead you to end city now you in end city go find end city structure when tou find it you will see that it have flying ship go to that sheep you find
      Shulker And elytra
      Now you can fly!
Shulker will made you fly up only up
And elytra you can fly around freedomly

That last part with the words, I was able to read but still vocalized it in my head. Key is to read a part of it, then make a quick resume of that, like if you were explaining to someone in an easy way before continuing. Things you make/create are harder to forget compared to things you just try to learn so that's why when you combine both you will succeed more. When you read a story book you like, you do that automatically and even criticize or try to redo the whole scene in your head, and you never forget it.

I remember doing this when I needed to read a book in a short amount of time. When I finished it after one hour or so I realized that I didn't understand anything 😑😂

Reading is a skill that takes time. The more you read the faster you read and absorb. Forcing to read quickly without practice is inefficient and ineffective, cause some people will still require slow reading to be able to pick up the contents of the book.
The real tip is: keep reading! Make it a habit! And learn to love books may it be fiction or not.
