This is the second interview (DIY Sportsman being the other) I have watched with Iron Will Bill regarding the fletching study. I went from a micro-diameter shaft (Victory VAP Elite .166) to an Easton 2317 XX75 Gamegetter for hunting. Do all arrow diameters react the same to fletching configurations or does arrow diameter have some effect? With a 23/64 diameter arrow, I have to use some caution when utilizing taller fletching configurations due to limited fletching clearance. Thanks for the doing the interview.
Iron will mechanical head would be the best head ever. I will pre ordered a 6 pack plus if Bill needs field testing on it I will volunteer my services.
Very informative. You can really learn alot from bill. Much respect

Does the higher profile for stability also apply to 4 fletch. Was testing done for 3 and 4 fletch?
I think bill mostly recommends three vanes at that profile. 4 vanes add more weight but you could get away with shorter vanes
when you just fletched up 2doz and hear bill hint at releasing a new vane >.
Good info
Aron how do those new vanes look??
mechanical engineering adjunct professor at CU...that's badass
“Slower than the second coming of Christ” 🤣
