I stepped away from a narcissist Capricorn 4 months ago, blocked, silence, out of the blue called last night 🙄 I sent him a message to say after a brief conversation to just stay away. I really need to comment on this. You got me crying so hard. I am exactly in the position you have described. I left a 10 year narcissistic relationship a year ago and finally now I get to find peace and heal and have grounded myself to be able to interact with my ex partner. 2,5 months ago I met someone and have been having so much connection I cannot explain how much we click and just enjoy being around each other.

Wow I so resonated with this . Divorced a brutal narcissist who has still found ways to cause stress and pain . I’ve just had the realization I have to continue to heal and don’t have room yet in my heart for a relationship. There is someone who just went through something similar and is healing from it too .
