Definitely a one-person house. Looks like bath is a wet room. Would change glass in bathroom to frosted for privacy reason. Maybe a shoji screen so laundry, bath, and bedroom becomes a more private area.
Just need a drain on the bathroom floor. Cute design

I love this! Thank you so much for sharing your plan! Such a warm, cozy feel and practical layout.This is not a “western luxury home”, as some may be seeking, just a sweet, tiny house. Minor alterations can be made, e.g. a pocket door to the bathroom, simple change to the shower space for drainage and a shower curtain is an easy fix.I love it!

This is a beautiful design that includes all the designated areas....love the large sofa and wood stove....even a laundry area!! The table and chairs on the porch are always appreciated by people who like to sit outside with their morning coffee and watch the sunrise.

Good job on the woodstove. You need a curtain on the bathroom door...not everybody is an exhibitionist....Not thrilled w/ no shower curtain, either. You'd have to wipe down everything in the bathroom each time someone took a shower...
I really liked this place other than no enclosure for the shower. I just cannot get on board with that concept.
It's a wet bathroom (the shower and toilet is in one space). Very common in Asian households. I don't think I ever heard people wiping down the toilets in this type of bathrooms. Maybe just the seat when they're using it, but never the whole thing. I grew up with it and I don't like them either tbh 😅

Looks nice. But there are a few Very Unpractical things in it. Where do you leave your coats? A TV in front of a window? That shower is a mess after each shower! And the door of the shower better have no glass in it! To name just a few...
To remedy that I'd put 4 staggered coathooks on the handle side of the door. I'd hang them a bit high so coats clear the ottomon, or I'd take it out. In the bathroom I'd make a waterproof screen that I could fold up or hang a short shower curtain between the toilet and the shower.

@@gardenjoy5223 There is actually a cloth anti-mold shower curtain fabric that you can hang on a short rod and pull it back to the wall between uses. Also, in exchange for such a beautiful little place I wouldn't mind the coats. I would only hang one of mine there at a time, and on a hanger so it doesn't stick out. I'd have a wooden hanger on each hook so guests' coats would also be flush with the wall.

Why is there never a second exit door? The shower area is not enclosed, the large window is impractical for privacy and there is no closet or small storage space for toiletries.
Only one exit would never pass an inspection where I live. Also, need a solid door for the bathroom, and some way to enclose the shower. I don't want to have to mop up the whole bathroom every time I take a shower.

I agree with a lot of the other comments. Bathroom glass door is no good. Bathroom too small not a decent shower area. The tv in front of the windows looks bad. Maybe they should have been moved over so you can look out the windows while eating.

Molto carina, tranne il bagno microscopico e soprattutto con quel tipo di doccia...ogni volta che la usi si allaga tutto...! Inoltre la porta a vetri in bagno non mi sembra adatta...( un po' di privacy...😁..) Insomma alcune cose sono da rivedere...

Cute house. I would not have the kitchen cabinets. Cheap and break easily. Had them and not a fan. Don't care for the TV in front of the window. Would go with all white appliances.

There are so many things wrong with this design! For being a tiny house, one thinks minimalism…that couch is freakin’ huge!!! The tv is huge…the bed is huge…the wood exposed in the bathroom is just ridiculous…lots of rot happening there, unless it’s composite and there isn’t even a drain pictured in the shower floor. The mirror in the bathroom over the sink is way too tall…..this does not represent minimal living at all. Even the windows are huge. And the music?! Someone needs some lessons with timing…the drums were totally off with the music and the bass. Man! It’s actually comical. Was this a high school drafting class project maybe? 😂
