Thanks so much, it only took me a few hrs to move items to sd card because there was not enough storage on phone...and had to delete some photos, apps/clear data and cache in some, before installing Smart Switch. I should've installed an sd card at time phone was purchased.
Just got one of these and wow really never had one before and not sure if I messed it up by pulling our my memory card area and had a little white type thing fall out. I managed to put it back in but not sure if it is upside down or not as it fell out before i saw it. My card area is not like yours tho.

I always find that what i am looking at is usually different than what is being shown in an instructional video. Under settings to keep i don't have a line that says storage location, i have a line that says Watermark.
I am totally tech illiterate so please excuse me when I ask how to determine what class a card is? I have a SanDisk Extreme but do not see any reference on the package as to which class it is.

You are not suppose to open the SD card/SIM tray without turning the phone off. NOTE: I WORK FOR VERIZON
