And the speed at which a 6th gate user moves would exceed what a rinnengan would be able to perceive. It was written that Guy and Lee could move so fast that it appears that they are using body flicker or teleporting.
People may not agree, but Guy losing to the paths of pain after what he did to Madara is HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
Swagkage speaks about the animals creating a blockade .. but what blockade could they create that Guy couldn't just instantly smash through with Daytime Tiger?
8-gate Guy basically killed Sage of the 6 Paths Madara .. who only survived due to having the benefits of the resurrection jutsu.
Pain is no Sage of the 6 Paths. Guy could decimate all 6 paths with the 7th-gate. If the Deva path became to much of an issue, Guy could use the 8th-gate and murder him too.
Its important to note that with Guy's speed, he has the ability to not only murder each path expediently, but get to the next path before their shared vision of what he's doing could be helpful. It would be like almost like what Flying Thunder God allowed Minato to do .. without the need for jutsu.
Also concerning the animals, the speed in which Guy moves is way too fast for the animals to become an issue. I can see ninja who use chakra to enhance their speed being a problem like Naruto, Minato and A the 4th Raikage, but there is no reason for anyone to believe that the animals were very fast. They were dangerous and powerful, but not fast.
And honestly, none of the paths of pain were overly fast either aside from the mechanical one
Maybe people aren't aware of this, but unless one possess extraordinary power on the level of someone like Hashirama or the Otsutsuki, speed is what kills in combat. Minato knew this. 4th Raikage knew this. Tobirama knew this. Naruto discovered it. Guy has relied on that fact.
Is it any coincidence that the most powerful characters were also the fastest as well?

So if with 8 gates guy's original speed is 11,000km/s that means his speed with the weights will be 11,000km/s - 0.001km/s = 10,999.999km/s. Your theory might have been true if his speed and the weights were related (like if his speed increases the his weights also increases or decreases when it remains the same)

Sakura and tsunade have one of the highest punching strength in the series, but you also see them lifting insanely large and heavy objects, which you don't see other characters doing that often (Sakura lifts a huge bolder in Naruto gaiden, Tsunade lifts Gamabunta's sword, Tsunade stops Manda's charge).
13 year old Lee was able to carry his weights while remaining the fastest genin. as previous comments mentioned, he also lifted a huge tree root in base.
Sage mode is said to enhance "physical strength", and you see Naruto lifting and throwing freaking kurama.
so it tracks that insane physical strength => insane lifting strength.

@Fictional Subliminals Do you honestly think that the Deva path COULD stab him with a chakra rod? Pulling him into a large scale jutsu from one of the other paths is one thing, but pulling him into a close range strike would be the absolute worst choice it could make. He's still miles more skilled than anything Nagato is bringing to the table in taijutsu and his striking and blocking speed all but guarantee hes going to flip the script on that stabbing attempt and tear the Deva path in half.

The thing is, Guy wasn’t alone during the Pain Arc at any time. He had Rock Lee, Tenten, and Neji with him. So this battle should be Team Guy vs Pain. Let’s be honest, Tenten is basically useless here, but the other 3 are skilled enough where the only Pain I see them having a problem with would be the Deva Path.

I actually think Gai is a pretty good counterpick to Pain. No Ninjutsu to be absorbed for starters, visually linked makes no difference when you're as fast as Gai, and the 5 second gap between gravity manipulation is plenty of time for a gated gai to just 1-shot a few of them.

I mean I can't rule him blitzing all the Pains out, I just do not think it is likely.

Pokemon Doge really? I personally think the gates Are too OP. the first time it was introduced was during the chunin exams and Tbh the chunin exams romanticized many of the characters' abilities. By shippuden those abilities looked like fodder jutsu.
Now imagine what would have happened if Naruto learned the eight gates and Nagato gave Naruto his rinnegan.
Guy's best strategy is to start with a lower level of power and work upwards. The main problem is that, even though Might Guy can beat Pain in raw power, the use of bodies as avatars makes Pain able to survive by having one body (even if it's Nagato) distant and waiting for Guy to collapse exhausted
I think 6th gate guy is relevant. 6th gates weren't needed to match 1/3rd power Kisame. 6 gates were needed to quickly overwhelm Kisame. Because the gates buffs don't last long and drain you, they're best used to end fights quickly, so going a gate above what's necessary to win is probably a good idea.
8th gate guy might be able to kill all the paths with one attack unless they disperse a lot
I would assume that he can chuck the animals away. I don't know why the strength buffs from opening the gates just wouldn't apply to throwing or lifting.
Pain's best strategy is to get the Animal Path far away so he can get the other pains out of there, especially the one that resurrects the other paths. To facilitate this, he could launch attacks with the other paths and summon a bunch of animals, then use shinra tensei to create distance.
Nagato surviving and Guy being exhausted means, I think, that Pain would probably win overall even if Guy took out the paths with the 7th gate

A lot of people think Gai and Lee are just goofy characters, failing to realize how awesome they are.
Granted, the series kinda relegated them to the side after Shippuden came around, but I really like their "Train, try until you make it" moto, being hands down the best Taijustsu characters in the series.
Not to mention, their power-up actually has drawbacks, unlike the Uchiha who invent a power every Arc and have ways to bypass all their restrictions or Naruto, who becomes better because protagonist power (at a point he doesn't even train anymore, just unlocks the powers with the power of friendship).
The real Pain isn't there, Guy dies after activating the 8th gate, and Pain wins by default.

Bansho Tenin proves you wrong. Blitzing would be the worst idea. Pein is not a battle tyrant like Madara, so he would not just stand there to see what Guy is capable of. Bansho Tenin (spelling) would redirect Might guy's attack into an unsuspected barrier causing him injury.
