Paul had a hard upbringing here is Pittsburgh. I know a few people who knew him as a kid and have stories about him trying to get by with little to no support. He’s made some mistakes, but I think Pittsburgh is proud to call him our own. I wish his son well… I would imagine Paul is an amazing coach.

Even at this stage if Floyd did an exhibition with Paul he would gain so much respect from true boxing fans.

So sad. Someone with so much potential to throw it away to drugs. I was in Albion with this dude. Knew who he was and a huge boxing fan all my life. Never approached him cuz I was a silent keep to myself. Not star struck or anything but just loved seeing him. One day at a time champ

You know most boxers were exposed to drug's and Paul's problem was that he was avoided by everyone in boxing that's why it's terrible when a boxer is shelved they get anxious look how they tried doing Andy Ruiz with a 2 year no activity Triple G couldn't get no fights Big Baby Miller 5 years suspension it's terrible.

Pernel Whitaker was using drugs many great people use drugs and you wouldn't even know it so to say he threw his career away is like saying Mike Tyson threw his career away Michael Dokes the list goes on.

paul and my self both ended up in PA state prison boot camp together around 2007 and only me and paul could keep up with the P.T. Drugs and alcohol has caused so much destruction, and Paul is the perfect example of the destruction.
