I doubt it is a Wu-tang Clan song off of one of their record. I've listened to their discography many times and haven't heard it or the lyrics. So my guess is it's a collaboration with some others. You could try that app that finds songs by holding the mic of your phone up to the speaker to try and find it. I can't remember what the app is called though.
