It's a nice system that's for sure. As for myself? I only wanted to propagate bees for nature. It's the family that wanted honey. Was thinking I was gonna invest my cash into a wife and kids extraction line complete with the optional beer and lawn chair control system so I can monitor and direct the entire process to ensure efficiency and production. Brought it up at supper and ran into some resistance from the board. Operations started complaining how the cost over run could affect benefits like meals and clean clothes for management. Having second thoughts now. Might have to scale back my expansion plans. Maybe next year? :)
do you like the spinner more than the screw? Seems like the screw is a simple process and your spinner with the heat exchanger is complex and expensive. I will have about 500 hives next spring and looking for a good extractor set up. I may go to 1000 if I manage the 500 well.
