1. Full stack developer is responsible for the product to be developed end to end. It involves to developed backend, front end, api connection, database creation and maintenance, product deployment. Whereas devops engineer is responsible for the product deployment and the product maintenance. Most of the AI products will have a model. This devops team will take the model and deploy in the pipeline. If any issue comes, they will act as fire fighters.
2. Yes. Depends on the company, the way of interview you get selected and the skills you have. There are many types of interview which the companies are conducting. The most wag we all know is on campus. Other than, the companies will conduct some kind of hackathon. If you selected in such a way, there is a option they will give such package.
3. This also depends on the company. Some product companies won't look whether you are fresher Or experienced person. If you have such skills, you can get into full stack developer.
