At last I got my Mini, and I came straight back to this video, and the screen clips were one of my first prints. but... it's a bit too small, so one of them snapped while I fitted it.
Hi, Love these upgrades. but would it be possible to look in to updating the Extruder gears? the current design of the hatch prevents it from fully going up. if you look at the latest revision of prusa the hatch is at an angle clearing the top bracket of the Z axis
Hi, very good video you made there :-) also your upgrades are nice. When you show parts in your hands, can you zoom in more? Or maybe show it in CAD? I am very interested in details and I wasn't really able to see your parts closely. Thanks for the video! Keep on making more :-)
Hello, great video...thank you....this r2d2 is great...did you printed the droid on the mini?...where do i find the file to download it. thank you . Greetings from switzerland
I printed it on my Ender3 but I guess it prints well enough on the mini. Here is the file, I think I scaled it 200% don't remember exactly. www.thingiverse.com/thing:766574
Mine sure wasn't. FIrst the PTFE tube was 1mm too short and that caused clog after clog causing me to replace nozzles just to have another clog. I finally figured out what was wrong and replaced it with the spare that was the right length. Then, the heat bed thermistor failed. They are completely out of them so mine is completely dead now. It did print well when it worked but mostly, I view it as a dud. I would not recommend this machine.
That’s a new record for a 3D printer channel: the word awesome thrown out in the first seconds of the video
🤣

Sorry about that! It's a very simple print, I hope it was OK to print one more ;-)
@@AMakeDesigns the design was 99%
but the instruction was 101%
print 3, put on 2.
haha
Keep this stuff coming!
Very nice, concise and useful
Glad you liked it
Want to see the wheel spinning 😁
Print one!! :-D
Plz give me stl
Links are in the video description
definitely need those ribbon wire clips. mushing it in is kinda sketchy.
Very good!!!!
Great videos and upgrades. Many thanks
The required site of the USB plug got a USB sign on the top, so it is very easy to plug it in correctly :-)
I always plug it in correctly at the third try! :-)

I will give it a look, thanks!
@@AMakeDesigns nice. With a knife i carved the angle in to clear it. But would look a bit nicer if it where printed that way
Great ideas, thanks!
Glad you like them!

Noted! These comments help me improve!! If you head over to Thingiverse you will find all the details.
Big ups! very informative. I will be adding these to my prusa Minis and will keep following!
Awesome! Thank you!
I knows its an old video but can you post the link to the R2D2 pen holder that you have ?
I think it might be in one of the video descriptions. Let me check and cons back to you.

Thanks dude. Should I take the BOTH STEEL SHEETS for 30€ plus?
If you want to print with PETG, then yes.
Then the extruder gear will affect the function of the extruder?
No it won't

Thank you so much!!
bel video grazie
Prego!! :-)
I am leaving this comment only for the automated Algorythm.
the robots are pleased!
the fan cover is a downgrade... you need more airflow, not less
I don't think that the cover has a significant effect on the air flow
lol ! use hockey tape
👍 Do some test prints with Nylon or PCTPE - then say again whether there is no need to upgrade anything.
That's pretty specific material, out of specification for this machine 😉
...ma parla in italiano Andrea
