She wanted to build programs in business education for young people and now she’s doing just about that with the Reality University, as people call The Entrepreneurship Academy.

Ilinca Paun has a long career in management as CEO of a multinational, which she changed for entrepreneurship, namely building programs in business education for young people. She has a passion for team performance and entrepreneurial leadership, and for value driven companies. She loves teaching, coaching and mentoring young start up owners and her mission is to create a large elite community of mentors and experts that provide knowledge and guidance to young entrepreneurs who build the future of Romania.
