One thing I don't see discussed very often is that each "shopkeeper" Master spirit has a theme for which spirits they sell. Timmy & Tommy sell items one might find in a general store, such as fire flowers and super mushrooms. Beedle sells critters. Sheldon sells weapons. Funky Kong sells vehicles, likely referencing his debut appearance running Funky's Flights. And Anna sells warriors.
I appreciate this video as maybe the only "smash characters lore" vid I've ever seen to include fe characters and not get anything wrong about them. (besides pronunciations but also thats something that even hardcore fe fans will struggle with at times lul)
@jacobs.9661 I guess most people making smash vids assume their audience aren't going to also be fans of fe, which is probably mostly true so I can't blame them for not putting in a lot of effort, but it was starting to get on my nerves a bit. (Also, for future reference, manakete is pronounced "man"-"a"-"keet")
I wish the thing you said for Fire Emblem Heroes 'Having basically every Fire Emblem character ever conceptualized' was true, but alas, it was never meant to be. Case in point, we STILL don't have Bord and Cord in that title. Literally every other Fire Emblem character who has a Spirit are in Heroes. That, and the mispronunciations of various characters is a common thing, a thing I noticed on yours and FindersFlanders' coverage of Fire Emblem in his Smash Archive, regardless if there were experience or not. I approve of this efforts both him and your Smash videos. (just in case, these are like hundreds of voice clips from FEH that can probably help with the pronunciations later down the road. You can find some playlists about them somewhere. I would link it, but TH-cam won't allow to keep the comment shown.)
I just discovered this series, and as an FE fan it's very fun to watch
Thanks! I know FE tends to the butt of many Smash jokes, so I wanted to show it dignity and respect. Change of pace y'know?
@@jacobs.9661 Looking forward to see more FE spirits covered eventually ❤️🔥🛡️

Ah yes, I also remember the various super mushrooms that can be found in general stores
@@diamondmemer9754 Ever played a Mario RPG? All kinds of mushrooms are sold in general stores there.
@@spugnoxngubcux9801 that makes sense, but now I think they should sell them in real life
Oh man, I was looking so forward for this. Glad it's back. 🙂

OMG that means so much to me! I'm so happy I could do the series justice!

@@ninjabunny9526 yeah I can see that. I'm not big on FE myself, but I knew many others were and I wanted to treat the series with dignity and respect.
I really like this series please keep making videos on spirits.
I'll certainly try to. At least until I either run out of Spirits or die.
Thanks@@jacobs.9661
Truly
Idk I got nothing else to say lmao
Oh god almost the entire video is Fire Emblem
I know right? A smash fan's worst nightmare lol.
