The blue super battle droid is innacurate, but only to the final film. When the figure was being designed the textures for the movie version were not yet finalized, and super battle droids were almost exactly that color. Very impressive on the Lego Group's part.

The 2008 Droid Gunship included a Droid labeled "Pilot Droid", however it is a regular B-1 droid with both arms curved and no blue print or plastic.

I still think the Magna guards are the best droids, because they can actually put up a fight with a Jedi.
Honorable mention: the MagnaGuards in Lego Star Wars (the very first LSW video game). While I don't think they were ever produced, they're definitely different to everything else: pink cylinders on the end of a staff for their weapon and they had a unique, memorable minifigure face (which I can't remember how it was attached to the torso).

I loved the battle droids in Clone Wars. Their eccentric personalities and general incompetence always made them funny on screen.
The original Geonocian battle droids had a far more accurate colour. Lego stopped producing them, not because they were wrong, but because it's expensive to produce a unique colour. That pink shade has been used for desert camouflage since WW2, as it blends in with the haze very well.
I hate the fact that most of the arms are up side down. Wrong! The bigger piece is the shoulder and the smaller on is the hand.

You seem to have gotten the jedi defense 2 droids wrong. The security droid is seen in the picture to have a dot of red on the back of the head, and the commander droid had a yellow stripe on the chest. So they were both custom painted before they went on to just mold the torsos in a color and completely skip out on the print.
You missed the "doctor droid" from General Grievous Starfighter set (the one that contains Jabba's baby from the Clone Wars movie). He uses most of the "normal" battle droid parts and belongs to the bad guys too.

Very few people know it, but there is one droid that LEGO has yet to make. The B3 Ultra Battle Droid. That sounds cheesy, but it is real and canon. Basically a B2 that is the size of an ATST. Four arms, anti-air missiles, and a "mass magnifying" generator. Essentially a portable tractor beam.

The first ever commander had a yellow bar on his torso instead of nothing. The first Geonosis droid had a backpack plate, but there never was a newer version with plate. After 2002 they didn't give the droids backpacks anymore.
*Edit: Also only the normal grunts are B1 series, the colored ones are OOM's, which are the B1's predecessors. In Legends there is even a little height difference between them.

If they were to make another Battle Droid the Firefighter would be awesome, but I'd much prefer the Aquadroid. They had very uniquely molded bodies compared to B1s and while used rarely they were very effective.

I remember seeing the Grievous bodyguard droids in the LEGO Star Wars game, and they had a normal minifig head. I really much prefer the video game design, the actual design doesn’t look like it belongs in LEGO at all.
