    I have been doing some of these naturally, one that I started doing is watching people (not till it’s awkward 😉) but see people for their uniqueness (appreciating differences) and just sending out love to them, as they may need it. I make a point of making eye contact with cashiers, or people walking by and smiling, I guess where I could do more work is just relaxing and taking some breaths and calm mind and I am at home most days and do not walk very much, so need to work on that. Namaste 🙏♥️😊

    I go to yoga class few times a week. In class we are reminded to smile often, we hug our friends, we are moving and listen to music.

    Dang your right biking long distance has been clearing my chi. I had deathly pain, now suddenly life is trying to help me find solutions, i see my chakras sometimes, my hips hurt, but ive been moving aloooot, now my whole mind is different, ive also learned through lits of anger and horridness, to hurt my own heart with so much meanness, i can only feel love as of late.
