I know where it came from, the fear and the cowering, having no voice or strength to stand up for myself. An angry, controlling father with no mother to protect me. He didn't know the damage he was doing to this little girl. I was met with a harsh new life when I came here, devoid of the love I was seeking and so desperately needed and wanted. These chains have been weighing me down for over 40 years and I'm SO tired. Thank you so much for caring about me. Thank you. I like this meditation allot and am a huge fan of yours, I was wondering if you do meditation that refer to different religious views instead of god. Honestly it really threw me off since that is not my religious view.
How do I fill my lessen in my situation..my daughter will not allow us to see nor speak to our grand daughters after taking care of them for 9 years. And to top it off she had a baby I have yet to meet... please help me understand and deal with this.

I agree with you in theory, but I’m struggling in my life because my husband, who was the most enlightened and kind and wise person I have ever had the fortune to meet, went through four years of hell after being exposed to agent orange in Vietnam. He developed Lewy body dementia with Parkinson’s as a direct result of the chemicals that are in agent orange. I lost my faith in a loving God because I asked myself how God could let something that horrible happen to someone who was so kind and so highly evolved (And of course there are innocent children who get cancer, who get struck by vehicles, who get killed in wars, innocent animals get tortured and slaughtered, the list goes on.) My husband treated his body like a temple and treated everything and everyone as sacred, and yet he had to suffer horribly. So how can everything that we go through here on earth be God’s will? I finally had to tell myself that it was humans that created agent orange and started the war, not God, otherwise I would’ve been angry at God forever. And I do believe that we’re here to learn lessons and to help each other, but we also go through terrible suffering and even though I believe that there’s something good at the end of it because I was blessed enough to meet some of my relatives after they passed, including my mom, it doesn’t negate the suffering we go through here. I will always believe in a higher power, but sometimes it feels more like a school teacher than a loving presence. Maybe that’s what evolution is: we have to learn difficult lessons and they hurt. But when I hear you say that everything we go through is God‘s will, it’s difficult for me. Does any of this make sense to anyone? I feel love when I interact with nature and animals, but not so much with humanity. Many people are loving, but there are so many messed up people who just want power and money and they will do anything to get it. I don’t know. I have always struggled with the notion of fate versus free will and I think one of the wisest statements I ever heard was made by the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung who said, “free will is the ability to do gladly that which we must do.“ Could we create heaven on earth if we all treated each other, and that includes animals and the earth itself, with love and kindness? I think maybe we could. But how do we get there? 💕
But we haven't made it... people are being lied to and getting sick and dying and the pedos and all of the stuff, wouldn't to truly love everyone mean grief of all the misunderstanding and ignorance?
