Instagram ruined photography for all of us on their app, but photography is TIMELESS and here to stay. Instagram is causing a lot of turmoil for creators, artists, and businesses alike. It's their choice to do so, but we can make new and better choices with social media use accordingly.
Instagram is dead, and here are the solutions and alternatives we’re EXCITED about:

Even though we lost our girl, Meg, to bone cancer last year, we still like to keep up with the squad. We're all set now on Vero (follower #201).
We jumped on Vero as well. It's been fun, but we will always still love Instagram as well, even if it doesn't love us back! But then again. . I also love short form content too. . .

Thank you to you both finally! I left them all except for my TH-cam channel. No trust at all in most of the internet, let alone the government. I am a veteran from the US Army and I know that things have changed so much it’s not about community humanity it’s more about judgment and hate without truth. Thank you Suzanne! ❤ We know what you mean about not trusting big tech. We come from a tech background ourselves, and we know first hand how everything is becoming more and more “data” driven. They want to know everything - people’s behavior, what they click, what they don’t click, what they watch, what they buy, so they can figure out the best way to make even more money. Since everything is becoming more online based, we hope they can scale back a bit so we can at least have some community back in social media. After all, social media = online social gathering = community.

Wow! I thought it was just me, that insta was getting not fun. I wasn’t enjoying being on it anymore always having to search for the people I wanted follow. I wasn’t seeing them anymore. Wasn’t happy to always have commercials or posts I don’t want/care to see. This is wonderful to have a new platform to go back to the way insta once was. I joined a couple of days ago

Hi husky squad❤️It’s sad how instagram treats you and others like us I really love photography but I constantly get attacked by bots as well it’s really annoying and same for my feed there just not enough photography on these things we love doing.
Isn’t crazy that you could get attacked by bots?! They’re so sophisticated now that they can mimic human activity in such a way that they can influence an opinion or a discussion toward one way or the other. Pretty insane.

I completely agree! I have been IG accounts of women advertising their bodies for sex, posting extremely graphic/pornographic pictures of themselves. I used to report them, but I quit because IG responded to me stating that what some people may find offensive will not be offensive to others. Like really!?? There are kids using that platform!! I'm glad you are still on TH-cam. As a fellow dog lover, your videos really put a smile on my face. =)
Never joined Instagram for all of the reasons you stated plus more. So glad that you took a position on the platform. Finally, it needed to be said. I do follow you on You Tube and the photos on Vero are outstanding. Saw the recent post on your Engagement! CONGRATS! You guys make a great couple!

Hello family! I almost have a heart attack, life without husky squad? no way... I totally understand you, I always search to see my favorite accounts because instagram doesn't show what I really want to see, my friend's content. Instagram has always been my favourite social media because it was so visual, lot's of incredible and beautiful photography around the world, great people sharing inspiration and great vibes like you, creators sharing amazing handmade objects that I love, amazing places to be inspired with... Getting to know people around the world with the same feelings as you, people that you won't meet other way, it's really amazing.... But now all has changed, I loved our first days with that app, but now is full of things that doesn't suit me, instagram pushes me out, it makes me feel as I was a number and it affects to my personal energy, I take rests of it from time to time, and I keep going back because I'm a romantic and I keep thinking my content can inspire someone, and I really miss people like you if I don't connect with the app.
Now I see your new path, I will investigate Vero and Patreon wich I don't really know anything about them, vero really sounds a refresh for people like us that want to start again a reconnect with amazing and inspiring people like you... Thanks for sharing your thoughts and be sure I will follow you wherever you go... There have been lots of years following you, around 8 years I think, even before Runa arrived to our lifes, and I hope the real end of husky squad never comes ...
