Yeah, last year they made the playoffs as their ship was sinking. It was a complete embarrassment week after week. Is that a good thing?? Pissed off a lot of Eagle fans as they were heckled every week. Not a good feeling. Nick had no answers/ solutions so he BSed every week. Everybody and their brother could see what a joke he became. So why do want him back as the captain?? Why?? That doesn't make any sense??? He should have been a "man" and resigned after the season.
If the Eagles make the SB this year, you recommend we let Moore go so we can keep a guy that offers no value to the team because of sentimental reasons. Huh?? Why?? Doesn't make sense... I'm very excited about the defense showing out. Honestly, I don't think Hurts throwing picks this early in the offseason is necessarily a bad thing I just think it shows how good of a defense we finally have lol

Throwing pick in the offseason mean nothing. Hurts is trying to set new limits and boundaries between him and his receivers, because now is the time. He is purposely throwing the ball into coverage and tight windows. Also they are running similar plays back to back so or course the defenders have a higher chance to pick the ball.
Why give ESP any shine at all? After the DeSean BS, that dude should move cities. There must be another reporter with the same info on practice you can quote.

I don’t think BG was referring to just the coordinators when he questioned the coaching. They had rookie position coaches too. Some were really inexperienced and it showed.

I think its optimistic to think these guys are all comfortable with the offense even by the start of the regular season. I definitely can see some early mistakes and struggles the first couple games. So Im not hitting the panic button even if we look a little unsettled yet against Green Bay. Hope Im wrong about this but I feel we are changing quite a bit on offense and it might take some time till everyone is on the same page.

Mitchell was great against Western Michigan and Kent State last season.

This secondary is going to be the best in the league
15/20 with 1 int when you don't have a running threat and the DBs gonna be on their heels. I will take that and not freak out. If you aren't throwing INTs in unpadded mini camp that's when you worry about your defense.

I'm not panicking yet either but he absolutely cannot play like he did last year. Two things he has got to work on is his pocket presence and his seeing the field better. That to me is his biggest issues and always has been.

The vibes are high … I know ppl like Nick Wright will say how do you know… but we all knew the vibes would be fine when the coordinators were gone. Literally everyone knew that was the issue. And why would they not be. Won the offseason and at least top 3 in the draft … everyday is a day to get better and that’s the goal

I know we have the best o line coach but if the high chance that Tyler steen is starting we could be bad cause if he is losing to Jalen carter when their are men about as big or even bigger he’s gonna lose a lot of one on ones. Avante Maddox is completely cooked. He misses a ton of games, and even when he plays, he's getting scorched. There's a reason nobody wanted him in free agency. When's the last time he had a good game? Mid season of 2022? In a limited sample size, he doesn't look like a good safety either. He's not suddenly going to become Earl Thomas after all of these injuries.
Darius Slay is washed, he doesn't have it anymore. Quinyon Mitchell is an upgrade over Slay. Starting Slay would be holding this team back imo. Q is locking up AJ Brown, talking smack in practice; he's ready. Let a rookie live for once (and win DROY). I'm tired of seeing Slay get spun around, and look too slow against Terry McLaurin. Their bum QBs look amazing against the Eagles.
If Rodgers keeps playing well, I would be fine with him starting over Ringo. I don't want to see any more slow corners out there though. We need all young, fast corners to keep up with all of these great NFL WRs.
I think the Eagles are more likely to win the Super Bowl with this group

Quinyon Mitchell is the best CB on the team, he is him. This is our Treyvon Diggs, or our Patrick Peterson. He's going to go down as one of the best players in Eagles' history, and the Eagles shouldn't waste a year of his athletic prime, sticking with an old Slay, or a washed Maddox.
If Maddox was a top 10 nickel corner, some other team would've signed him. He didn't even look like he belonged in the NFL last year. He was also awful in the Super Bowl, and they should've moved on after that disastrous performance
@@WoJackHorseman24 Mitchell is nowhere near the skill set of anybody you mentioned. All the CB's in this draft were very ordinary. weakest CB draft in three years. As far as Maddox I said top 10 when he was healthy. Mitchell has a lot to clean up to play at this level

It is practice. He is purposely throwing into coverage and tight windows because he is here to set boundaries and limits between him and his recievers. I am happy he is developing and learning. I would be concerned if he took practice serious and played it safe, cause then he would not be developing. Also it is an entirely new scheme he has to figure out.
@marinasands4319 Moore doesn't run , nor has he ever run a rpo system. Ppl forget that Rpo's is what made hurts so elite in 2022, kellen Moore offense is a throwing to set up the run type of offense that doesn't suit a hurts skill set!
