Mam for how long it took you to get this scholarship...like in pmrf eligibility criteria is at least you have to do phd course for 2 years so i am bit comfused in it....Also what was your research work mainly on which subject's

No, the rank doesn't effect much. The most important and significant point is the future research plan and the knowledge of the student over his / her research area.

Yes csir fellowship will be terminated and pmrf will start after 12 months, if selected
It must be for every one who cleared net gate and passed the interview.... It brings kind of economic disparities among fellow Rereserchers

Yes ideally both should be the same, however minor changes are acceptable

You can ask to your institution. Institute has own rule of contingency grant.

PhD course work for 1year, not of 2years, so lateral entry start after the completion of course work.
