I recently tried a Soraka build, which feels pretty sick.
With that build she can heal, dish out tremendous damage and also super mobile (movementspeed).
Liandrys Anguish
Sorc Boots
Redemption (it triggers also the burns, so you can kill off people from 6000 range)
Demonic Embrace
Cosmic Drive (For Ability Haste and that sweet movementspeed, the health is also important to enable next items passive)
Warmogs
When full build, sell boots and buy Rabadons Deathcap if desired.
Even tho she cannot oneshot, she can do really nice hit and run tactics, melt enemy team slowly in sieges, and/or heal the team the same time for 700 hp heals every second.
Her Q is on a Cooldown like an Autoattack due to the Ability Haste.
Ofc thats a fun build. But its really hell of fun.

but obviously you can oneshot people, when you have 2 more items, 4 more levels and they didnt build any defense....
just test it out in practice tool, full crit and full armor penetration basically deal the same damage.
