Interesting your comments on tire pressure. Rafael ( Bonheur sur Seine) found it unstable at 32psi but much better at 22psi. Exactly the psi you preferred.
so happy to see a small EUC well equipped ! it goes right into the meaning of what EUC should be ( for me ) small, practical and still with some good specs!
I bought one for offroad. I unboxed mine from eWheels a few days ago. I have no complaints except for the Trolly handle. I wish they kept the one from the prototype, I'm not a fan of the Begode design but that's just personal opinion, metal can still look cheap, and hinder seat attachment in some cases. It would be better if it locked opened as well. I crashed the Falcon twice already (once from trying to learn to sit and once from cut out , I think, because the road was clean I was trying to go 20+ mph around 30% + - battery, in race mode) Anyway all that to say that the handle is loose now because it's connected to the body through a large array of failure points(screws). It's not a huge deal obviously, but it sucks that the 6 screw heads at the front control the position of the trolley handle relative to the lock above the tail light in the back. I would like the entire handle setup to telescopic and vertically incased within the back. So it is protected and out of the way, unless I need it. As for other things. After a few months I plan on getting a hole saw bit for a drill and some waterproof grommet or similar to cap the holes I'll be drilling in the top of the plastic cover above the suspension adjustment, so I can maintain waterproofing and still be able to access the dials inside whenever I want, without tools. In regards to the stock pads, I don't mind them but I have small feet. I will be replacing them with Mini Grizzla pads maybe. I'm not sure yet. But I will say that for me the stock pads would be fine if they protruded from the sides further. The braking pad is not wide enough, and I guess the Toe gap could be a little more spacious vertically, but as much as I've rode it (20 miles) I think it is okay for me. But the pads are definitely for Asian sizes or children. All in all pretty good wheel. Would buy again.
Dont know for sure but its likely, preload is adjusted with diff spring weights. Too bad I'd have to wait til one of the local crew gets it to try it out. Should be a great replacement for the Assassin 'cept for the much steeper pricing
I Strongly believe this is the best EUCs in performance, weight and potability as the Teslas T2 T3 series (Pound for pound one of the BEST EUCs.) Sensei Vegan and I agree on this. Good one Gotway/ Begode, as all the other EUCs manufactures forgot about Weight, size, speed and portability. Thanks for the video guys. Cheers from Northern NJ.
Is it true that the Falcon hugs the side of the road too much (like the Z10 from Ninebot) which is surprising and very unpleasant (probably an effect of the width of the tubeless tire).
Would love to see more wheels this capable that are this size. Gonna be the perfect starter wheel for alot of people that will still be worth keeping. Edit: Rode one I love it and want one now. So much power for how small it is. It's like if an EUC was a skateboard.
Yes they are :-) I think any pads will work. Personally I'm using these from EWheels: ewheels.com/products/universal-beidou-6pc-velcro-powerpads-orange
@@ElectricUnicycles OK great. It looks like frame protection is lost however, did you ever make a plywood cover or something like that you described awhile back ?
@@walterwilliams268 Not yet. I'm not too concerned about damaging the frame (how I ride) and therefore I may never get around to making anything. Maybe Grizzla or Clark Pads will be making something.
Was A$2899 in Australia but I think they dropped the price $100 recently. I will wait a while to see if it comes down some more after the initial interest wear off.
@@ElectricUnicycles they drop it it was 2600$ 2 days ago when i check aliexpress if i buy from ewheels or alienrides its 2900$ with shipping and tax/duties.
Got mine yesterday evening road for about a half hour. Wow does it feel strange. I am used to my king song 16 s. The pedals are twice as high off the ground. It starts chirping at me every time I go 25 Mi an hour
It shouldn't beep at 25mph? That's a relief, because I was about to return mine for being so slow and having such low range. It won't go faster without chirping at 25 so I'm gonna look into that before I return it in favor of the Begode Extreme@@ElectricUnicycles
@@slayerspam I should say that if you want to ride fast, small wheels like the Falcon should probably be avoided. You are comparing the Extreme (a high performance advanced wheel) with the Falcon which is not a high performance wheel and might be considered a beginner wheel. Wheels with small batteries are certainly more dangerous to ride that bigger wheels. The Extreme has a huge battery compared to the Falcon. Maybe your expectations were wrong when you selected the Falcon?
Bonjour, est-il exact que le Falcon épouse trop le devers de la chaussée ( comme la Z10 de chez Ninebot) ce qui surprend et est très désagréable (sans doute un effet de la largeur du pneu tubeless) ?
Depends on your use case. The S16 is a faster wheel, has cool lights, longer range. The Falcon has a better suspension, is more powerful (not faster), is much more nimble, and is smaller and lighter. If you do get the S16 be sure to buy the Pro version.
Thanks Marty. I've been riding an mten3 for several years. 99% of the time off road (grass, gravel and dirt.) I really need suspension and something that will not dump me on my face every time I hit a pothole in my lawn. Lol I'm 50 and and it s getting harder to pick myself up after a spill. Thanks for all the videos....
@@christophertricas9065 I think the Falcon will fit your needs nicely then. Buy it with the knobby tire for sure. P.s. a big enough pothole can still dump you 🙂 but certainly less likely with the much bigger tire of the Falcon.
Just got my Falcon yesterday…. I love it. Coming from a mten3 this thing is huge! lol. These things are way bigger in real life than they appear on TH-cam. Thanks for the help.
Cool wheel, but pricey at $1700! Yeesh, E-wheels is asking $1600 for a V12. Hell, just got a Master V4 for $1800, and AR has the T4 pro for $1400. Will wait to see the sale price around Black Friday or next year.
Mine arrives tomorrow! Very excited to zip around short distance rides on it where my Commander Mini would be overkill.
It really is perfect for that use case.
Mine comes tomorrow too
Exactly my case as well!
I'm getting mine soon and will use it as my Bodega Wheel for small errands and such.

The background conversations are awesome.Listen carefully for somebody being explained what a motorbotor is.😊
Dude if leaper Kim made a suspension wheel with this form factor that would be to hard to resist

What gear does Alan have on? The upper body armor looks pretty slick, in the market for something similar. Thanks for the first impressions vid!

No, nothing like the Z10. It's the same tire that's on the A2.

Is this the smallest/lightest wheel with suspension?
Yes
Hey Marty I recommend adding Begode in the title - didn't show up in search results.
ya'll crazy. love it!
too expensive for Canadian wont pay near 3k for that A2 is 1400$ order from Lem. Thank you Marty for recommending him hes really nice!
I see that you can buy the Falcon for $2300 Canadian Dollars. Closer to $2k then $3k 🙂

Too bad those power pads didn’t come stock with the wheel because they felt good and looked awesome with the matching color
For the Falcon, it's probably best to try and print your own Pads
Looks like a great wheel for me. If I get a new EUC this year the Falcon is the one. 😄
would this be a good first wheel? or anything out there that would be a better contender?
Certainly a very good first wheel that won't break the bank. The KingSong S16 could be another option.
can i try it next? pretty please

1200 and I am sold.
I have a t4 pro and this could be my super last mile commuter
Which one better for range, top speed and power? Falcon or kingsong S16
Falcon has more power. S16 has more range and speed (Pro version)
@@ElectricUnicycles Thx for nice Info 👍😊
Is it possible to ride it 'bottomed out' / no sus? a2 is 1k watt and this is 2800 like the t4
You can ride any suspension wheel 'locked-out" if you make the mechanical changes to do so. This would be a user mod though
