Tips for sleep paralysis. If you try to shake your body like a madman you'll wake up pretty fast. Do not scream if you get scared, you wont hear it but you might scared everyone near by (trust me I did that once and it scared my sister alot). You probably wont hallucinate at all, it just feels weird having a numb body and while barely awake. It's scary the first few times but you get used to it quickly.
Funny thing I felt tingles but in my lower back instead of the back of my neck and head is that normal for asmr? Btw beautiful and soothing video

Kind of weird you came out with this video I was just talking to my therapist yesterday about Sleep Paralysis I get Sleep Paralysis but I see 4 Gray Aliens with big black eyes. It's quite scary I watch a lot of shows and movies on the subject like The X Files Ancient Aliens and Project Blue Book which sadly was cancelled after only 2 seasons. Thank you so much Mira for an awesome relaxing video! I love the music it reminds me of Soundscapes on my cable very soothing and relaxing! 😊

@@musingmirafrom what I've read and been told everyone sees something different some see Trolls or Elves or like me Aliens it's whatever your mind congers up. Last time it happened a few years ago I new it wasn't reall because my bed was positioned the way it used to be before I rearranged my room the minute I realized it was a dream it all ended and I woke up.
@@Leoluca_Randisi Mine have happened only twice, but they were dreams. I think. Saw aliens both times in their space, as in, their room, not mine and not outerspace. They were talking about how I was waking up and needed to be put back under. Needless to say, I didn't fall back asleep that night. It felt more real than any dream I've ever had and scared me so hard I cried when I woke up.
