Aqua= Beginner
Ven=Standard
Terra=Crit
Therefore, by the transitive property, The Chad is objectively the best character to play as.

Technically Terra goes from Crit to Beginner near the end of the game in the original and it probably would of been the same in this randomizer.

It does just some bosses are unable to be scaled down for example mysterious figure is always level 99. So he can't be scaled down
