So just learned the new macbook pro does not support more than 1 external monitor so you cannot run dual monitors on it. I had been trying different configurations for my monitors at work and google searched the issue. I love the HyperDrive Duo, so it's not your fault, but yeah...wish I knew about this before making the purchase. (Note: Speaking on M1 model)

I just bought it but it doesnt work, the indicator lamp isn't turning on when plugged into my macbook air m1? what do you think i should do? is it supposed to work once it's plugged?
