    95% of your life is run by your subconscious programs and unless you begin to reprogram them, you will continue to loop the same problems, pains and patterns over and over. In this video, I will share with you 2 techniques you can start to use to reprogram your subconscious mind. These come from hidden societies who understood the true power we all possess and created initiations for others to learn how to tap into their own.

    Could you please elaborate on 12:46 "it's easy to believe in yourself because somebody else is doing it because that's very externally and self-rejecting." Especially the self-rejecting part.

    I realize that perhaps subconsciously I may have limiting beliefs about money. I know abundance is my birthright as a divine infinite being, but knowing and feeling need to be in alignment with each other. I'm hoping this technique when practiced, will help. Growing up I used to feel guilty about asking for money, and I grew up in a Christian home so I had all sorts of negative thoughts about money. I now know that those beliefs could never be true, but I'm not sure what the mental block is.

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +20

      It's wonderful you can hear that you have a birthright to abundance. Great start! I also grew up in a christian home so I understand some of the dynamics.... What I encourage you to do is realize that money is the same energy as your access to getting your emotional needs met as a kid.. so if you were taught you had to work REALLY hard and be a good girl or boy SO you could then get connection, praise or love, then you will have the exact same energy pattern with money.. Work so hard, have to struggle, sacrifice to get even just a little bit. Same energy as that child you trying to earn the connection from your parent and this is usually when the Christian principles are drilled in... also money echo's the relationship you have with your mom... sometimes this can be your dad.. but who ever you went to for your emotional needs. IF you can start to become aware of this connection that can really start to dissolve the belief.... it can help you realize you don't actually know your dynamic with money.. you've just kept repeating that early on dynamic and since money is so essential to so many needs it was picked.... our subconscious can re-create the emotional patterns to our ability to get our needs met.. As you unpack this, i want you to also see that it's not true that the ppl who have all the money they need struggle, suffer, don't speak up, don't have needs. They are actually the complete opposite.. Speaking up for your needs by simply acknowledging you have them and you are a child of God and this universe and are as deserving as any other person on this planet, that can help you to see the idea you had as a kid is simply a misunderstanding of the truth. Hope this helps ❤️

    So with all this power and limited understanding got me where I am today, broken minded isn't going to help create a new ego, insanity is a nicer place than normality anyway

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      First, no one is broken. We formed a mind early on through our environment that has a distortion of ourselves and that is what is creating our current blocks. A great book that shares how our mind is formed by environment is Dr Dan Seigal's "the developing mind" Our mind is a function of our brain and though neuroplasticity we can literally change our mind...Since we experience our unique reality through the filters of our mind, when we change our mind, we change everything we can see in the world as well as what we can experience through our senses..

    Thanks for the valuable information but what if I'm in my 40's? Can I replace old subconscious beliefs with new ones? I have been practicing mindfulness over the last year or so and have been benefiting from it to some degree 😊

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Absolutely!! Our brain literally can reshape itsef. Our perceptions are filters are always able to be changed but only when we stop the old firing patterns.. the way to do this is to become aware in the moment, and make a new choice.. the missing link to doing this is to actually be able to calm the nervous system when the fear of the new choice comes up. So it sounds like you've been training the awareness aspect which is wonderful and now learning how to take the next very important leap.. that new choice which will begin to rewire your brain.. it will bring experiences to your life that will help you dissolve those early experiences that have been the glue to keeping you believing the limiting idea of yourself is the truth. The new choice helps you to BE in that new belief of yourself! You CAN do this!

      @sshoegirl30004 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes! I am so excited about becoming the new me in my 40's. Its a new beginning and I believe my time here will be more than double to account for the years of thinking negatively. My only heartache is that I can't/couldn't help my parents understand an ounce of this stuff. I pray for my mother and the renewing of her mind. I feel like my kids will have an amazing life now that I am working on me. Many blessings to you! ❤

    What is the Hebrew letter? What does it mean?

    • @AbbyRuston
      @AbbyRuston  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Great question! In my understanding it means water. Which I find interesting since this practice is saying that letter as you see it IN the water and are HOLDING water... I know that the symbolism of water represents emotions.. so this total body focus on water in the body I see as really tapping into the feeling level of the experience. Brining your body into the experience which is where most ppl get lost when attempting to create changes to their reality and experience. I see this ritual as Creating that space to tap into your divine and highest version of self.. all capable, powerful, worthy and deserving! Very interesting initiation practice that I think we can all benefit from!

    • @wraith9112
      @wraith9112 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is the 13th letter, It's called Mem and also represents 40. In Hebrew many characters have multiple meanings depending on how it is used

    I'm not sure were you got your information on Masonic practices, because that isn't part of any ritual. I'm curious as to the reference though.

      From the book “Secrets and Practices of the Freemasons” by Jean-Louis de Biasi who was a Freemason for over 20 years
