how long does your BGE surface spinner last? I know I get the DeWalt surface been there for about $120 like you said in your video and they last for about 50 jobs.

Now they want it done semi annual, under contract! First paying job! I plan to dive into your courses more, please keep the very instructive videos coming!
the flow rate is multiplied by four brother. so a 4gpm recommend a 16 inch max the Whisper Eagle 16 inch with a 4 gpm is what i started with. also a good gas roof pump with 300 psi low pressure at 10 gpm will help you wash down roofs and houses really really quick.

I run a 20 inch. Its rated at 4000 and I have 4400 psi machine. The 16 whisper wash is the best but I dont think because its more power full. Its just light and can dance with it.
Typical rule of thumb for surface cleaners is 1gpm of flow per 4 inches. I run a 19 inch whisper wash classic with a 4 nozzle bar on my 8gpm. It’s a great setup. I previously used a 16 inch whirl a way and it didn’t perform well with my 8gpm. The 4 nozzle bar is great on my whisper wash.

Hmm. I have a 24" BE whirl away surface cleaner and a 4 GPM machine. I used it on my back porch and it worked pretty well, but disclaimer I only used it on the porch for the test and only about 15 minutes of use
@@themantien There are many different sorts of this. Make sure you get one with high psi rating, e.g. 3000psi or above. For petrol powered blaster, yes you need 3/8" connectors. For electric washer of lower flow rate, it is only 1/4" but I'm sure you have petrol machine, yes?
Would you suggest still using the customers water for a 4 GPM pressure washer? I'm still new to this and wasn't sure if you needed your own water source for bigger gpm pressure washers.😅

The flood vac is from IPC and it has a sump pump inside which activates when the float rises. It comes out the rear of the vac via 1 inch cam lock. I lay it out to landscaping and never have to dump the vac. Check it out

good thing you learn about X Jet however down streaming is much much faster and safer most down streamers you get now work after the pump not reccomended to use the one attatched to the pressure washer use the one you use at the quick connect..they are 2 to 10 or 20% anything more than 15% will kill vegetation by 15% i mean 1,5 SH good downstreaming mix on houses is about 12% to 13% or 1.2 to 1.3 SH

Hi Justin, Just curious on your surface cleaner issues. Do you think it might be the pressure washer machine hp and nozzle tips? I believe your pressure washer unit (4000 psi @ 4.0 gpm) is a (11 hp). I know some of this pressure washer that comes with a honda gx 390 engine has two hp style (11 hp & 13 hp). Also try to switch out the nozzle tip from 2502 to 25025. That might also help.

4 inches for each gallon per minute your machine is rated at. I have a 4gpm machine and hate using my 20". I actually just bought a 16" today. As for casters. Definitely get casters if you're running a small machine with a larger surface cleaner. If you're at 4gpm or less with a 20" surface cleaner, your'e gonna get a workout pushing and dragging that thing everywhere without casters. If you have a proper machine, 5 gpm or higher, casters are helpful on surface cleaners larger than 20". Surface cleaners smaller than that don't really benefit that much with casters but some of that is preference.
Kleen-rite is the best price for the Xjet. I paid $115 for the body and the metering tips. I basically got it without the hose. I'm using 35' of hose instead of the 15' it comes with.

You can change the pump out for one with higher or lower pressure or gpm, just keep in mind that any variation changes the load on the motor, so if you go for a higher flow & pressure, the motor will labor harder and eventually will die sooner than if you left it stock.

Rent a pressure washer from Lowes or homedepot. Get a pressure washing job "First" then go rent it and use it for the job. Rinse and repeat until you can afford a good one. I promise you this is the best way until you can afford a nice 4gpm.

Look on ebay or aliexpress for "ball valve", and you will need 3/8" quick connectors to mate it will your gun and hose.

Nice stuff. Remember to use the correct nozzles based off gpm and use a flood vac so water does not go to storm drains.

@@Logos_Unveiled 16" is as big as i would go with a with a 2.5 g.p.m. i'm using a ridgid 18" with casters on a 4 g.p.m. works great.
