I remember the neck peg slipped out of the body on one of Dollightful’s dolls (I’m not sure which one, I know it was one of her eeveelution dolls) and she reattached it and wrapped the damaged neck with a rubber band, then went back and forth from cold water and boiling water. (Just thought this might help you repair the neck)

Wrap the neck tightly with a thick rubber band then pour or run it under boiling hot water and then let it sit to cool. Before removing the dolls head, you may want to consider warming her neck and head with a hair dryer to soften the plastic and melt the hair glue inside her head. Poppen Atelier does this and it works very well.
