Anti-impact resin is a robust, Nylon-like material boasting impressive impact strength and tensile toughness. Its printed objects exhibit exceptional durability, with low water absorption, high dimensional accuracy, and a wear-resistant surface that ensures long-lasting performance. With its stable mechanical properties, excellent fatigue resistance, and weather resistance, this resin is ideal for creating parts that require repeatable machining, wet or underwater operation, impact resistance, snap-on features, or even end-use products.

Omg thank you for your service! Salute! I've been trying everything I can think of to find a resin that will work for doll joints. My hero ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome, thank you for the video!
A little trick I use, is removing the supports before curing. I have a sealable bin with a garbage bag inside that I process the prints in, and so after the print is done I just slip on my nitrile gloves, transfer to the bin and pull the supports off (they come off so easy this way without leaving behind any nubs); then I place the prints in my ultrasonic cleaner (using propylene glycol now as I've read it works just as good if not better than IPA and is much safer) which now fit better sans supports, and then transfer to a clear plastic container full of water which I cure in my UV curing station (curing in water can help cure the prints better).
I'm very much looking forwards to making some BJD dolls. I've always loved them, but they tend to be fairly expensive - and I love the idea of making some on my own!! :)
Thanks for sharing your amazing idea!☺
this video was about scratches , need more info of the printer. I'm interested on the printer. and the doll is beautiful.
Interesting. Sueding the socket joints is always an option too, but this looks very promising.
Saryatech mecha white sounds like the resin you may need, it takes longer to cure but a more scratch resistant surface.
We have the Anti-impact resin that is also scratch and waer resistant
your voice is so nice to listen to, I feel like i am enjoying this video as much as I am learning from it.
Thank you for tutorial,I try to make these on fdm printer😊
Looks like ilm have to give this a try just what I've been looking for
Definitely worth to try😉!
Oh so you use some type of rubber strings from inside to keep the joints together? That's neat. Have you tried magnets ?
I dont think the magnets is suitable for the dolls ,it suppose to ues the rubber strings and mini hooks!
i love how the head is made, is there a tutorial ? if i hollow out the head i always have problems with fitting eyes from the inside?
The original video and project is from BJD sculptor youtuber @heleneholz5300,you can DM her on ins dkeats888.03
Nice, thanks for showing ty he experiment, I wanted to test abs like resin.
Where did you get the stl files? Could you give me some suggestions?
These files was design by the client, currently not for sale.
Which resin is better for joints. Because after some time the joints go lose. Do you have any solution for that?
anti-impact resin is good for joints ,i have tested ,like over 6 months i dont feel any loose , you can get it from resione.com
Is this resin available anywhere in Australia and do you still like it? Thanks
Yes,you can check this link:www.resione.com/collections/best-selling-products/products/anti-impact
Where do I get this ?

80 c? Thats way hot
not really,it just fine,haha
Like kettle hot water?
@@Dolleemixtures yes my friend ,if you dont have a oven ,you can boil the hot water and put the resin bottle into the hot water for 10 minuets to heat up the resin inside!
@@godsaid4502 awesome!!!! It's ok that it doesn't stay that hot through printing?
@@Dolleemixtures if the weather is kinda cold in your city ,you might need to make sure the room temperature is warm during printing ,i think that will reduce print failures.
Tahnk you so much 🤍🤍
