Im curious but what is the purpose of plastering over MGO board if the wall itself already has plaster like qualities (water resistance, hardness, smooth, strenght)

for exterior use you have to cover our board with epoxy coating before painting.

no, it can't they will crack they need to be finished with an exterior coating of some sort
