I've had PCOS for about 14 years, it took me 6 years to get pregnant, and this is the first time I'm hearing that a keto diet could help me. I've only been recommended birth control and hormonal therapy.
My health journey began two years ago when--after a surprise ER visit, I began to wonder why my body was developing allergies on top of my cycles becoming irregular over the last four years. Long story short, after a year of personal research, last January I went full keto and organic for a month. My joints no longer hurt. Going up and down stairs became easy again. Headaches disappeared. I had so much more energy. My cycle came back. I conceived in February. The baby is coming in November. I haven't kept up keto during pregnancy because it isn't recommended. But as soon as baby is here, you bed your money I'm going straight back to keto/ mediterranean. It is so challenging, though because fresh food is insanely expensive, and my husband and I already have three kids we are feeding. But, bare minimum, I try to feed them non-processed, highly nourishing food for two meals a day. And snacks? I tell them to go to the fridge and grab whatever fruit or veggies we have. What MAHA is telling everyone here is 100% real. Metabolic disease has already been killing me, and I'm in my 30s. But, it can be easily treatable in earlier stages just by merely changing what food we eat.

People are doing what they do every election. Even he said this for over a year now. I get how people feel in swing states. I get the fear. I'm not voting for Trump.
If we were doing this the right way, Trump wouldn't be on my state ballot at all. He can't win deep blue states. Kennedy v Harris in these states could cause her to lose the electoral, mine being the most.
I'm voting for the 5%. People will blame us if Trump loses. I put this on anyone in other states to reach Harris supporters.

We need door to door here in San Antonio, Texas. All I have seen are democrats and our mayor ran as an independent and has now come out as a Democrat and endorsing Kamala. This is very disturbing.

My health journey began two years ago when--after a surprise ER visit, I began to wonder why my body was developing allergies on top of my cycles becoming irregular over the last four years. Long story short, after a year of personal research, last January I went full keto and organic for a month. My joints no longer hurt. Going up and down stairs became easy again. Headaches disappeared. I had so much more energy. My cycle came back.
I conceived in February. The baby is coming in November. I haven't kept up keto during pregnancy because it isn't recommended. But as soon as baby is here, you bed your money I'm going straight back to keto/ mediterranean. It is so challenging, though because fresh food is insanely expensive, and my husband and I already have three kids we are feeding. But, bare minimum, I try to feed them non-processed, highly nourishing food for two meals a day. And snacks? I tell them to go to the fridge and grab whatever fruit or veggies we have.
What MAHA is telling everyone here is 100% real. Metabolic disease has already been killing me, and I'm in my 30s. But, it can be easily treatable in earlier stages just by merely changing what food we eat.

Kennedy 2024. If you are in a blue or red state you can vote for him without an impact to who gets elected. But if you vote for him we can create a new party that works for us. instead of the corporations and institutions that make money on our backs.

The very term “health care” echoes with irony. When we prioritize palliation over primary prevention, are we not mortgaging our future? I felt like health was so bad in the U.S. that I wanted to leave the country. But Bobby and Elon Musk have given me hope that there are high society members that don't want to watch this country fall to pieces. I might be dirt poor, but I still want to help this country recover.
