Great review. I agree, best belt by far. I own both the 10mm & 13mm. My Pioneer Pal Lever belt is collecting dust. I assume you prefer the 10mm for deadlifts too?
I have the same bruise in the inner thigh like you are talking about (I'm still using the 13mm / "old buckle" version). I wonder if the purchase of the new belt is worth it 🙄 (250€, that's a heavy cost - I'm french)
google an sbd size guide! and i would recommend the size that puts your own waist measurement in the middle of its range, so you can keep it even if you go up or down in weight

Do you feel you get more out of your lifts,with a lever belt over a buckle belt?
Absolutely. Way more secure feeling and more adjustable
