I'll definitely have to try this, been working on figuring out an air dry routine.Your hair looks amazing!
I was using the Pureology hydrating for a while and lost a shocking amount of hair, handfuls. Fortunately it did stop when I quit using it, but it's been almost a year and still don't have full regrowth. Not sure if I will. Hope you have better luck!

Definitely give it a try! I'm still experimenting with products and techniques and to be honest I probably always will be. I'm always trying to get the best wavy curls 😅
Sorry to hear about your experience with pureology hydrate. Hoping it regrows well. Thanks so much for watching 💕

Oh me Oh my! I've been scouring TH-cam for days trying to figure out my hair routine. Been straightening my hair for 15+ years and you're helping me so much right now. Couldn't thank you enough!!
Can I ask how you refresh your hair?

I absolutely loved how this turned out. Do you think if I used similar products on my 2b- 2c wavy hair, it look similar? I deal with extrem frizz, cause my hair is sooooo course, and thick. And most of my hair tends to lose shape after a couple of hours, since it's so heavy. Should I put products on soaking wet hair, or let it dry a little first?

I think it's definitely worth trying a similar routine. I always apply my products on *almost* soaking hair - I put it in a microfibre towel once I've washed, dry my body and then apply the products so my hairs probably in the towel for a few mins before I put the products in.
      Hope that helps 💕

I have really wavy hair, but I've never been able to figure out styling it so I flat iron it most days, it looks amazing if I walk through rain and then it dries, but I obviously can't make a routine out of that

dude this is EXACTLY the same as me. have you figured anything out yet? cuz ive been struggling w the same thing for about all my life

    • @b.mcknight8686

@@myameghan3219 it's awful. You would think I could mist it with water to get the same affect, but it just gets frizzy. I think it looks so good when it accidentally gets wet, and then dries, because it was straightened before that, so that takes care of the frizz. I still haven't figured it out. The only way it looks good is if I wash it, comb conditioner through it with a wide tooth comb in the shower, rinse it without touching it, get out of the shower and literally put a towel over my shoulders and let it drip dry which takes like four hours. I can't touch it while it's drying, but if I commit to it and fully let it air dry it looks incredible. Like bouncy soft waves. The problem with this is that I obviously don't have time to do it in the morning, and if I sleep on it, it's ruined, if I wrap it, it's ruined. It's crazy.

hmmm.... you know, rain water tends to be acidic and soft. Tap water is alkaline and hard. Get a water softener/purifier? I'm exploring that concept myself. @@b.mcknight8686

Hey! I love this video, thanks for the tips! Do you have a video on how you protect your curls at night? This is my main issue 😐

      Two different ways
      1. Put ur hair in a very very high ponytail or bun
      2. U can sleep in a shirt on ur hair and wrap it like what u might do after u get out the shower ,
But these all work different ways with the texture of ur hair

I have super thick/short hair that's prone to frizz. I've tried a bonnet and some other ways to no avail. The only thing that worked for me is sleeping with my hair straight up above my pillow. Hope that helps!!

    I want hair like this!
I can’t figure it out. I don’t want hard crunchy waves. But I don’t want frizz either. And my hair is naturally very very frizzy :(

  • @b.mcknight8686

I can only get my hair to look like this if I air dry, but it takes so long I can only do it at night because I don't have time in the morning but if I sleep on it it's ruined, I can't even touch it too much just moving it from one shoulder to the other too many times the curl falls out

If you were to brush your hair out, understandably, the waves would be nearly gone, but wouldn’t the frizz set back in?

Did you always have a natural wave or did this routine help create the waves?

    • @FrankieWhite
      @FrankieWhite  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I've always had a natural wave but this routine encourages the waves to be tighter 💖

I think I need to stop using gel. Watching your routine, you def don’t have the shiny hard look that I get & don’t like. I wanna be able to put my fingers through my hair & it gets frizzy where the curl clumps stick together- when they come apart.
