It's crazy how they can create an absurd amount of solutions with the Murray and Jokic two man game. They have amazing chemistry and break defenses with these handoffs and their pick and roll combos (and they can switch around who does the screener role in a given play, and sometimes do).

I looked this up just to comment these dribble handoffs are much more effective than a PnR or PnP they create so much separation and so many different outcomes for especially the 2 involved as well as the rest of the offense.

What dictates whether Jokic rolls or pops?
For the most part in the video it looks like he rolls when the ball handler defender goes OVER. In this case big must commit (or leave open shot) and the lane is open.
If the ball handler def ducks under, he twists or flares as the lane is blocked (no matter big drop or hedge… lane is blocked).
So guard over, roll Jokic, guard under, twist or flare.
Am I reading it right?
