“BOB’S” INTERNATIONAL 9300i WITH A 3406E CATERPILLAR ENGINE AND A 15 SPEED TRANSMISSION

My dad had a truck just like this. His was a 1997 International Eagle 9300I tomato red. It had a Catapillar 3406E (435HP) with a RTX-14610 10 speed transmission and 3.95 gears. Also had 155 gallon tanks. I miss that truck and riding in it. My dad drove for over 30 years and never had an accident that was his fault. I wish he had never got rid of it. I loved the sound of that engine when it turned over, idle, at speed, the jakes, all the way down to the fan clang when shut down. My father and I even walked out the distance of his bright lights (4 bulbs) and was shocked at 5,280 feet. Powerful headlights. I called it his Satan Mobile because of the headlight range. That truck had a soul I bonded with and sadly gone.
