@@asanalmahathir yes yes u can perfectly shoot gym videos. The tripod along with the 360 degree knob, which has to be bought separately, empowers u to shoot in any angle u want.
The base is stable insofar shooting indoor is concerned. But I don’t think it can withstand high velocity winds, if u r shooting outside.
