Finally, I've been saying this for more than a year now. CB90 should be also the go-to for the UK Royal Marines and the Dutch Marine Corps.
Thanks to its instant reverse thrust capabilities, the CB90 can go from full speed (40 knots) to a dead stop within 30 meters/100 ft.
Along with the CB90, Sweden also donated Torpedoes..... I say again.... Torpedoes!

Another commenter and I debated the possibility of using a modern iteration of PT boats. I wonder if small craft like these could be upgraded with torpedoes or not. It would seem right up Ukraine's alley, a small, maneuverable craft able to punch above it's weight while still retaining the ability to shoot down drones seems like it could be ideal when complementing craft like the CB90.

@@kvarntobbenDen regeln bröts redan 1939, när Sverige exporterade vapen och flygplan mm till Finland som precis hade anfallits av Sovjet, vilket är en direkt parallell till Ukraina. Mao kan vi exportera till krigförande länder när det ligger i vårt direkta intresse!

Forget about vessel specs. What makes the Swedish CB90 tactically superior to any Russian equivalent is that the Swedish crew is professionally trained,
are not being abused by their officers, and do not suffer from corruption and alcoholism!

Cb 90 is suit for commando operation in cremia as well able in support, providing supplies and transfering wounded soldiers. Thanks sweden for the support you giving to ukraine fighting for thier freedom.🎉

You really need to do some reading up on how much ground service and facilities you need to implement to introduce a whole new weapons platform like that, especially in a conflict zone. It´s NO WAY near what it takes to get some ground force equipment stuff over there. You need to calm down.
Pilot training to fly them is also important it takes a lot of time to skillfully fly these amazing planes.

CB90 is maybe the best amphibious small boat ever made, there just simply cannot be enough of them, and the ability to customize them to rocket launchers and sub hunters.
The viveo OBVIOUSLY shown that is is a vessel easy to customize.

Combat Boat 90 is splendid, it can easily be converted and adapted for different tasks.
It is probably the best vessel for amphibious operations ever made, just a pity the numbers available is not unlimited.
Its better they send the old ones and build new ones for themself. Too high risk sending new frontline vehicles when they can get captured and the tech stolen. Those boats are made for nordic archipelagos where they have bigger advantage over larger ships.
Finland is also giving their boats to Ukraine. What and how many isn't told as Finland never tell those things.
They also need more Long Range Missiles.
I think that the kimburn spit is the first mission for CB 90
All 3 crew used to be conscript when Sweden had wide conscription (in the 90s).

Looks like the Russian Raptor can very cleverly shoot out its own radar system. I'd expect nothing less from their design bureaus!!!
taking control of air space and defending against aircraft, missiles and drones of the Russians is the first priority then the armed vehicles etfc.
CB 90 the best than the Raptors. And use wisely would bring better outcome.

I’ve been on board SB90N several times. A very capable and adoptable coastal vessel for sure, still the design is getting old now. Water jets have many advantages, but such systems are both a bit heavier and less efficient than good propeller systems. High consumption means limited range. And ... the video title is still just silly.
uh...(raises hand)...There's a problem. As you say, the CB90 is intended for ferrying troops *from ship to shore.* Ukraine no longer HAS any ships.
If you can desembark to the shore you can also embark from the shore too. Seriously, are you being dense on purpose or what?
Sweden didn't have any ships to ferry from when the CB90 was constructed either, so not sure where that notion came from to begin with.
