Hi could you tell details of rafting. From Manali you went through scooter to Kullu and where you commenced rafting.
Hello Sarayi...While traveling to Kullu from Manali you will find a lot of points on the road for rafting. Select a good place where they have changing rooms and bargain for a good deal. Some also provide video recording facilities while you raft. You will be given a waterproof pouch to keep any belongings. Dear Chaitanya...Thanks for reaching out. We mostly explored Manali. Kullu was limited. You will get cabs that can take you to places. If you are going to drive on your own it's easy to just have an itinerary and check maps on mobile or signs on road. We traveled in April. Rohtang Pass remains closed and opens around June.

Hello Yash...Generally, Rohtang Pass remain closed from November to May. Though in some years it is open before or after that period, depending on the climate. Even sometimes Rotang pass is accessible in December also.
Tourist can enjoy snow at Gulaba/snowpoint when Rohtang is closed.

Hello Nafisa...Rothang pass will be closed because of excessive snow. It normally opens in June and stays open until October. Actual dates each year depend on the snowfall level.

In case you are planning to enjoy the journey you can pick accordingly. Manali will be a colder location so if you want to enjoy the snow and winter sports you may opt Manali. Mussoorie will provide a better climate condition. If you love to adventure check the options open and explore accordingly. We can suggest more based on interest areas and travel companion.

Scooter rentals range from 300 to 600 per day based on the number of days you are taking. Winter might not be a good time to take the scooter. I checked and you will find good hotels within the range you mentioned. If you will have a 2 wheeler/car to go around you can stay within 3.5 Kms from the city center. Travel Advisor sir what about local transportation there is there any local buses for famous places like hadimba temple fall and manikaran sir actually we r student nd plan to go there this June but our budget is not so high its around 4.5 k per ahead nd we r 4 18 k total so we want explore all things u know student r warm blood😂 we also plan to go kasol from there then trek to kheer kanga does it possible in this budget? Nd pls tell me about local transportation if there nd lastly there is also buses for rhotang there
Local transport via Auto is available where you can negotiate from point to point. Taxis are also there but might be a bit on the higher side. State-run buses can take you to places around Manali including some private bus tours. Check on Rothang expected opening date based on snow. Student days are always fun. check out for hostel accommodation or arbnb options for cheap lodging 👍
