My husband has been rolled over for the last 4 years for clemency for a non murder sentence of 100 years and we are really having some issues. This has been really hard. Hearing your guys experience helps me feel like I’m not alone.
I discovered Ro’s prison wife channel when my bf went in about 3 1/2 years ago. It was so helpful for me, from the visits to managing no intimacy, etc. I have followed your journey along the way. So happy for you both. You’re a power couple! My bf gets out in Sept and I’m equally exited and anxious!!!
SPWF was a huge part of my life for so many years. Ro you are the best. I am so happy for you and Adam. I joined the SPWF family about 7-8 years ago, maybe even longer then that ago but anyways it saved my mind and soul many nights, weeks, months and years. I’m 33. I met my husband in 2005 and we started dating in 2006. We are going stronger than ever. He was my best friend before anything. It’s crazy to think that 17 years have gone by. Doesn’t even feel like it’s been that long. I’m so happy for you two!! You all are thriving and have a beautiful son!! Sending you hugs!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

My husband is doing 2 life sentences he does have a parole chance but the issue is a life sentence in Tennessee (which is where we are) is 51 years and his are consecutive. So I’m trying to help and reach out to people but idk where to even start really. Trying to get back to court for post conviction. His case is crazy.
This makes me so happy to hear! Imagine the day in and day out of those years and how different it is now. This is beautiful and awesome! So happy for the entire family. Honestly, I can’t wait until your Son gets old enough to hear this and see how strong his parents are. What a legacy!

ADAM! I see so many (single) men online constantly bashing women and here you are with a beautiful woman speaking love, admiration, positivity, and life into her. You show your emotions and still radiate masculinity. I wish more men were like you. Ro, you are so lucky and Adam, you are so lucky to have Ro. And baby CJ?? He's lucky to have the both of you together!! I hope your love lasts forever.
Granted, I think I'm lucky I haven't gotten twenty years without my Shawn.. the whole off n on with him going to jail, prison, house arrest throughout these past five years has been hard.. all just for failed drug screens on his part.. this year, things changed greatly. He just had surgery to remove cancer he was diagnosed with. And he now has a chance to go to rehab for a year for sober living.. he needs it badly.. I'm very proud of him. I can't imagine going through the twenty years of that separation.. n now look at you two:) this story of yours is one of the greatest love stories I've ever seen:)

I think it was 11 years of separation but Adam was in prison for 20 years
