    Hey Dude .I Just want to help because : 2800ml is not enough .You are supposed to put 3100ml in if you are change the oil and the Oil filter .If you are only changing the Oil then it is just 2800ml . Greetings from Germany PS: That's what my Suzuki Instructions say

      thats a good point and to be fair you should always check the level though the glass, I know I did say 2.8 then slow fill from there. Thanks for pointing that out ride safe

    Thankyou so much for this video. I have a slow oil leak on my 05 GSXR 600 and your video hepled me find where it was coming from. The oil filter was not tight at all, and i last got it done at a shop. Ive never changed the oil myself but i can now and ensure its done right. Thankyou.

    That heat wrap on the exhaust pipe, will it make the Sound louder? (Because i think when the Exhaust gets more Heat = louder)

    • @t26sts
      @t26sts  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      not that I'm aware of was mostly done to hide a messy join pipe

    • @BushMaster-yc5kt

      Old post but thought id chime in. Wrap helps keep the gases hot witch keep the flow rate up. The fast flowing gas helps suck the last bit of burnt fuel out of the cylinders. That is called scavenging. It leads to more room for fresh air and fuel on the next intake stroke. The loudness/quietness is basically all in the muffler. I wrap about half my bikes and trucks I have. The ones I don't is just because I don't care to try and get the HP gains out of them and the extra heat put off the pipes is not an issue.

    Put aluminum foil on the headers.

    • @t26sts
      @t26sts  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Blumpkin Pumpkin yes good idea, to be fair just being more prepared and putting anything on the headers to stop them getting covered in oil would be a good idea. Thanks for watching

    This can be done without taking off the side fairing

    • @seanviper99
      @seanviper99 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@phoamphilly there's a hole in the fairings where the oil filter is placed, simply stick your hand in

    You should invest in a funnel.

    What gas should I run bros dude in jail told me 87 is fine cause of the compression of the engine and shit

    • @israelrmoore1776

      Been keeping premium in just want a second opinion

    • @t26sts
      @t26sts  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Here in the UK you can only buy 95 petroleum so I can’t say if 87 is ok but why buy cheaper stuff just to save a few pennies when you already know 95 or 99 will be better?

    You have to run the engine, oilfilter is empty

    • @t26sts
      @t26sts  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is something I’d not recommend as has a high risk of running engine on low/ no oil and causing damage
