Washing machines in kitchen, hallways or bathrooms is very common where I live too as laundry room is not a thing here. It may seem bizarre, when I was small we had no bathroom in our apartment but that used to be a common thing in old apartment buildings. My family would use public bathhouse/sauna or generosity of neighbours who had a proper bathroom. And then one summer when I was at grandmas my parents bought a bathtub. Where do you think it went in the apartment? That right in the kitchen 😀 Now that seems strange now looking back and was too embarrassed to ask friends over and see but it sure was convenient. A few years ago after we kids have moved out, parents remodelled and built walls around the tub area and have a tiny kitchen now and a small bathroom.
When you sneezed I said out loud "Bless you" and my roommate goes no one sneezed. Lol then I had to explain why I was listening to you talking as background noise, because my brain needs at least three things happening at once and your videos are very helpful for that. Hope all the zesty are having a good day 💜
Hubby and I came back from our holiday in Greece on the 15th of September. Now I have a cold due to the weather change. 30°C in Greece vs. 15°C in Germany. -.- I'm not very happy about that but watching the waffles I missed during being away helps me get through the day.
When we lived in Nebraska, our washing machine and clothes dryer were in the basement. When we moved down to Mississippi, my in-laws have theirs set up in the attached garage. Our new house has a laundry/utility room off the kitchen. It did rain when we had the big truck last month, but only once we had everything unloaded and were on the way back to return the truck. 5 weeks later (September 16th) we still have loads of boxes to unpack, but we're needing storage shelves and organization bits, but we're 6 plus hours from the nearest IKEA, so we're re trying to buy bits from Amazon as we can.
The huge laundry room conversation. May I jump int. Maybe someone from Sweden told where we have our washing machines that I missed but that would just be typical me. In Sweden the washing machines are placed in a toilet/bathingroom if you live in an apartment. Seldom appartments have a laundry room. Many apartment complex have a laundry room for their renters/owners in the apartments. When it comes to houses they most of the times have laudryrooms and very often the laundry room is combined with a scullery/mudroom (don't know what you call them). Looking at your pen and are feeling "I will buy that kind of thinking".
Hi Rebecca and everyone - I hope everyone is well. I was listening to comments and had to laugh when someone’s boyfriend found a drill on them and she asked what shape and color. I was by myself laughing. I’m working on a Oraloa you showed on your channel with lots of color changes. It’s makes me feel better that I’m not the only one that misses colors. I start a section with a color that stands out but for some reason, I keep missing colors and have to pull out colors several times within one section.
So top and front loader depends on your height...front i can get all mine out no help TOP...I have actually climbed up my wall to get to the bottom I prefer front loader
Awww, that reading pillow is sooo cute!!
