I had a broker show up at 8:00 am and the decks were wet with dew. the moisture meter readings showed wet. I said, The deck is covered in dew to witch the broker replied " it's calibrated for that" is it possible for a moisture meter to read past a Deck covered with water?

I drove the 200 miles and the boat was a wreck. Filthy dirty and rotten with delamination. I notified him and he never even replied.
